Product Description

I. Application & parameter
- It has three extruders with co-extruder technology, suitable for PP, PS, EVOH, Tie and other material production, such as PP/Tie/EVOH/Tie/PP structure, EVOH layer is a separated oxygen layer, which can extend the packaging quality period.
- The extruder equipped with gear pump for quantitative transmission in stable pressure, and with the USA DYNESCO pressure sensor, pressure and extruder speed are closed-loop control.
- High precision five layer distributor,double adjusting technology of the flow rate and the leaf space rate, more equal layers, which ensure never slip after forming and stretching.
- Independent power system, and direct driving to improve driving efficiency.
- PLC Control, full automatic functions of the parameter setting, data, feedback, and the alarming etc.
