I.Application

This kind machine is for packing chocolate coin including product feeding ,paper giving ,hulling ,embossing ,product take off and electric parts etc. After the naked chocolate in the collect magazine the machine can automatically complete in-feeding ,paper-giving ,mechanical hulling ,then into embossing device ,mould-embossing is done by hydraulic cylinder through moving up and down that mould pressure can be adjusted as needed so as to guarantee obvious pattern on its surface ,then the well-packed chocolate coin will be automatically pushed out by take off device .

For this machine ,we can use colorful pattern paper instead of single color paper to pack multi-shape ,not only round coin ,but also rectangle shape ,square shape ,heart shape ,fish shape ,mobile shape etc. The new outside package will be more beautiful ,colorful pattern brighter and third dimension stronger than simple one .And equipped with advanced photo sensor tracing system and no paper-giving while paper or product is not enough .
