I. Application & parapeter
- Direct motor & gearbox driving for extruder, improving the driving efficiency.
- The pressing rollers are in horizontal structure, with independent direct motor driving, line speed and traction line speed are synchro control.
- Independent roller temperature control, there is a double convection system for roller cooling which will provide very high heat exchange rate and to keep the even roller surface temperature.
- Roller using pressure-seat type installation so that it can easy to change all kinds of embossed rollers.
- Production equipped with a fixed length cutting machine, controlled by computer. It realizes a online cutting.
- PLC Control, full automatic functions of the parameter setting, data, feedback, and the alarming etc.
